Activity 1: Discussion of Pre-Class assignment: ‘Start with Why’ (20 minutes)
Student Introductions (30 minutes (2-4 mins per student) – Marketing Yourself
Lecture: Intro to Marketing (15 minutes)
CLOSING and Discussion of Assignment (10 minutes)

Day 2: Storytelling Lecture
Day 3: Expert Speaker
Day 4: Student Presentations
Week 2: Opportunity to Change Teams/WE’s outside of class (informed decision-making and cooperation) – no input from instructor – bring new teams to Week 2, Day 2.
Goal of giving opportunity to switch teams and WE’s – student has to advocate for themselves if they want to switch. Informed decision-making after introduction to WE’s in first week. Opportunity to ‘specialize’, cooperate and negotiate with ‘co-workers (fellow students).
